Moving to Australia
At IPTel, we are looking for the best and brightest to come and work for us.
As an employer, we can sponsor your visa to allow you to come and live and work in Australia. The two categories we can sponsor are:
- Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482)
- Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 494)
Depending on the visa, you will approved for between 4 - 5 years, and depending on your circumstances will have a route to Permanent Residence (PR) after 3 years.
You will need to apply for your visa, and we will sponsor you on that visa. Once approved you're cleared to travel.
You'll be able to bring immediate family, but you'll need to consult a migration agent to help you with the forms.
We are pre-approved to sponsor staff for the move to Australia, but we will need to get your specific visa approved - this could take anywhere from a couple of months to six months or more.
Plan on a 3 - 6 month lead time from us offering you a role to you moving.

What do we Need?
We need good network engineers that can undertake design and delivery. We do a lot of wireless work, so the ideal is a CCIE Wireless, however, if you're a CCIE with good wireless experience, this would be fine.
You can expect some travel and site work in the role, so no matter which city you are based in, you'll get to travel around a fair bit.
Other technologies we work with are ISE (this is a really good skill to have), DNAC and SDA Fabric.
For the visa, you'll need to be able to prove your skills with your certification and work history. If you want to progress to permanent residency, there are age restrictions, so you should do your research or consult a migration agent.
