Our team work incredibly hard to deliver Engineering Excellence to our customers, and for us as a business.

For the 4th consecutive year, IPTel Solutions has been certified as a Great Place to Work.

 We’re extremely proud of how they uphold our values and we in turn value their efforts to always go above and beyond for our customers whilst looking out for each other.

Recently, our team undertook the independent re-assessment by Great Place to Work where they used this platform to voice their opinion of IPTel as an employer of choice. We take the learnings of what we're doing well as a business and where we can continue to improve. It’s a focus of ours to ensure we create a healthy culture to attract and retain great employees.

We work with a lot of high technology, so we attract the best of network engineers, wanting to work for a company that lets them get on and learn new technologies. In addition to the various lab setups, we support our staff to train on the actual equipment.
